Online Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following posts in different power companies of Rajasthan :

1. Personnel Officer : 07 posts (UR-5, SC-1, OBC-1), Age : 21-35 years, Pay Scale :  Rs. 15600-39100 Grade pay Rs. 5400/-

2. Assistant Personnel Officer : 17 posts (UR-11, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-3), Age : 18-35 years, Pay Scale :    Rs. 9300-34800 Grade pay Rs. 3600/-

Selection Procedure :-

A common written competitive examination for the post of Personnel Officer and Asstt.
Personnel Officer shall be conducted. The Question Paper (except “Hindi” and "English" Section-I & II of Paper-I) shall be ‘bilingual’ i.e. both in English & Hindi, but in case of any confusion/ ambiguity with regard to interpretation or printing error, the English version of questions shall prevail.

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN) a company under the Companies Act, 1956 and registered with Registrar of Companies as "RAJASTHAN RAJYA VIDYUT PRASARAN NIGAM LIMITED" vide No. 17-016485 of 2000-2001 with its Registered Office at VIDYUT BHAWAN, JYOTI NAGAR, JAIPUR-302005 has been established on 19 July, 2000 by Govt. of Rajasthan under the provisions of the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999 as the successor company of RSEB.

The RERC has granted RVPN a license for transmission and bulk supply vide RERC/Transmission and Bulk Supply License 4/2001 dated 30.4.2001 to function as Transmission and Bulk Supply Licensee in the State. Under the provision of the Electricity Act, 2003, RVPN has been declared as State Transmission Utility (STU) by Govt. of Rajasthan. Section 39(1) of this act, prohibits the STU to undertake business of trading of electricity, however RVPN continued its function of tranmission of bulk power from generating stations to inter-phase point of Discoms from 1st April 2004. 

How to Apply : 

Fee : Rs. 400/- for General candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/OBC/BC/PH candidates through a system generated challan  to be deposited in any branch of SBBJ in "SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61113250483" and obtain the receipted copy of Challan.
