Note : The candidates should have passed examination of Punjabi language upto Matric standard. The Candidates should have successfully passed  at least120 hours course with hands on experience in the use of Computer or Information technology in Office Productivity application or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified OR should have done a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India. 
Selection Procedure :  Written Test

Fee: (1) Candidates of General category Rs.700/- (2) Candidates of Scheduled Casts category Rs. 350/- (3) All the Ex-servicemen of Punjab are exempted from payment of fee.  The requisite fee should be paid in the shape of crossed bank/banker's cheque in favour of Managing Director, Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited payable at Chandigarh. Candidates should write his/her name & address on the back of the bank draft/banker's cheque and same should be attached with the application.

The Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, popularly known as PUNSUP, came into being on February 14, 1974, as a wholly owned Government Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having its Registered Office at Chandigarh, controlled by the Board of Directors headed by the Chairman nominated by the State Government, with executive powers vested with the Managing Director, in accordance with the provisions of its Memorandum & Articles of Association, in order to run the day to day affairs of the corporation.
