Qualification:3 years diploma or Licentiateship in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recoginsed Institution or diploma in Civil Engineering from College of Military Engineering.

Recruitment Process: (a) The dates of test will be decided by Commandant GREF centre, Pune. Application will be shortlisted based on percentage and/or qualification and will be issued call letters for appearing in test.
Application Fee :
Candidates must pay the application fee (Non-Refundable), Directly deposited in favour of COMMANDANT, GREF CENTRE, PUNE – 411 015, in Public Fund Account No 11182905409 of State Bank of India , Khadki Branch, Pune Code No 01629. The candidate must attach the counterfoil of the application fees so deposited with his application form. However, where the core banking system is not functional candidates may enclose Crossed Bank Draft.
Centre for Test : (i) Candidates residing in the states of Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi & Jammu & Kashmir will mention their Trade Test centre as Rishikesh zone. (ii) Candidates residing in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Sikkim, Assam and all other states of North- East region i.e. Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland , Arunachal Pradesh & Tripura will mention their Trade Test centre as Tezpur zone. (iii) Candidates residing in all other states i.e Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa , Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Pondichery which are not mentioned in above zone ie Rishikesh zone and Tezpur zone will mention their Trade Test centre as Pune zone.

How To Apply:
(a) Application will be filled up in English/Hindi only. (b) Attested copies of certificates for proof of essential educational qualification, date of birth, caste certificate should be enclosed with application form. The caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates should be as per format at Appendix `B` & `C` respectively. SC/ST/ OBC Certificate (date of issue should not be older than one year as on closing date for OBC Candidate), should be signed by competent authority and should have Office Round Seal and Appointment Seal Duly Affixed on it at the place provided. (c) Gorkhas of Indian domicile, will produce Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority. (d) Any certificate in language other than Hindi or English should be enclosed with translation in Hindi or English duly attested by a Gazetted officer. (e) Candidates are required to super scribe the word Application For The Post of Junior Engineer (Civil) Category SC/ST/OBC, on the top of the envelope while sending the application form. (g) All applications should be submitted so as to reach the Commandant GREF Centre, Dighi Camp,Pune- 411015 on or before 12.04.2011.
