SELECTION PROCEDURE : For the posts at Sl.No.1 is by Interview & posts at Sl.No. 2 & 3 is by Written Test & Oral Interview. (Option is available to use Hindi Language)

PAY & ALLOWANCES : In addition to Basic Pay and DA, HRA as admissible will be paid. Company accommodation is provided at Bhanur Group at the prescribed rates and HRA not applicable at Bhanur Group.

Allowances applicable viz., uniform washing/ lunch / conveyance / Leave Travel allowance and production linked annual incentive, quarterly incentive.

Other facilities, viz., PF, Gratuity, Medical facilities etc.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES : Management Trainees will be taken for a period of 18 months. During the training period they will be paid consolidated stipend equivalent to minimum basic pay in Grade – II scale of pay plus DA on minimum basic admissible from time to time. DA changes quarterly.On successful completion of training period the candidate will be absorbed as Assistant Manager in Grade – II in the pay scale of 16400-40500 with increment rate of 3%. The minimum basic will be Rs.16900/-.

Since 1999, BDL has taken up developmental activities in three remote and undeveloped villages.Komatikunta Thanda:This is a remote Thanda inhabited by Lambadas (STs) in Alldurg Mandal of Medak District.  The Company has constructed 16 dwelling pucca houses on the lines of government scheme.  Drinking water facility is provided by installing a bore well..  Regular Free Medical Checkup camps are conducted to take health care of the residents.  Children are encouraged for primary education by providing books and study materials besides putting some students in the residential hostels.  The Company has provided fencing to the school premises and provided 10 benches  for school children.  The Management has spent around 4.5 lakhs on the developmental activities in this Thanda.
